The Delivery Integration function is the focal point in supporting the co-ordination of the activities in and between each of the Programmes mentioned above as well as Site Delivery and Site Operations. Within the CWP this currently includes support for the four Sub-Programmes which are: Enabling & Earthworks, Main Civil Works, Marine & Tunnelling and Ancillary Works.

  • Play a pivotal role within the Delivery Integration function, responsible for developing, documenting, and implementing robust processes and procedures that ensure effective interface management across the Project.
  • Work in alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Teamcenter, and Contract Baseline Library (CBL), ensuring strong collaboration with the quality team and document control team.
  • Create training material and deliver to interface engineers (and associated stakeholders) to provide them with support for monitoring and co-ordinating interfaces throughout the Project.
  • Creating the tools and systems required by the Interface Management team to carry out its responsibilities and report on interfaces.
  • Ensure alignment with document control governance, adhering to IMS templates and Sizewell C requirements.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of processes and procedures related to Interface Management, implementing enhancements as necessary.
  • Understanding and communicating complex technical and commercial issues to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of Interface Management practice to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Ensure that all Interface Management processes and procedures are clearly communicated and adhered to.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration between the interface engineers across all Programmes to align Interface Management practice.
  • Responsible for spreading awareness of the processes and procedures across the wider project, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the Project's interface management practices.
  • Creating and maintaining Project specific Interface Management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and keep up to date with the varying requirements for the interface management of different programmes and functions.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
  • Be self-driven, able to cope in a changing environment and able to deliver to tight deadlines as well as lead with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to build, maintain and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships, addressing their diverse expectations and potentially conflicting agendas, fostering their optimal engagement and contribution to the development and implementation of effective strategies and plans to manage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement with the ability to develop innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Discretion - Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Exceptional writing and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable procedures.
  • Experience in Interface Management on a complex engineering delivery for a major infrastructure project.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Strong assurance and challenge skills with excellent communication/interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organisation and externally.
  • Experience managing interface management issues on a large infrastructure/engineering project (or similar) on-site experience, knowledge of construction activities, approaches, standards and expectations.
  • Demonstrated analytical experience, with a background in process development and the ability to implement lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
  • Use of innovative thinking to overcome challenges and implement solutions which minimise both disruption to third party and to effective project delivery.
  • An understanding of the challenges faced within interface management on a large infrastructure/engineering project (or similar) on-site experience, knowledge of construction activities, approaches, standards and expectations.
  • General professional qualities such as accuracy, attention to detail, tenacity, result-oriented, the ability to work well within a team, Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently and be proactive.
