Qualified residents of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador will be given first consideration in the staffing of this position
Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and applying lessons learned across campaigns
10 years plus of progressive engineering and leadership experience, including experience in offshore brownfield developments across multiple basins
Strong understanding of offshore equipment and services required to conduct intervention and abandonment operations
Demonstrate deep expertise in subsea, drilling, completions, and abandonment engineering based on exposure to multiple basins
An undergraduate degree in engineering and registered as or immediately eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer with the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Newfoundland & Labrador (PEGNL)
Offshore travel required. 3 -4 times per year by helicopter to the MODU (approximately 3.5 hours round trip)
Knowledge of subsea production systems, interfaces, and controls
