As a Superintendent, you’re the heartbeat of the jobsite — you turn plans into reality, unite teams, and make sure every detail is built to the highest standard.

• Manage schedules and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Mentor field teams and maintain clear communication with PMs and clients
• Lead field operations on ground-up commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to keep the job running smoothly
• Run daily safety meetings and uphold top-tier safety standards
• Review drawings and specs for accuracy and constructability

Requirements

We’re tackling commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects across Central Iowa — and we need a field leader who knows how to keep momentum high, people motivated, and jobsites safe, efficient, and high-quality.

• Tilt-wall or structural concrete experience is a plus
• Deep understanding of layout, logistics, scheduling, and quality control
• 5+ years leading ground-up commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects
• Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews
• Solid communication and leadership skills
