Murphy Geospatial HR Philosophy
Murphy Geospatial captures, collates, verifies and governs geospatial data, enabling our clients to make informed decisions across the project lifecycle. Proven geospatial solutions through design, construction and inuse phases of projects across six key sectors; Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Property and Natural Environment.
- No requirement to report to a central office at the start/end of each shift.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in rail surveying or monitoring.
- Full rights to work in the UK
- Proficiency in total stations, GNSS, TMD survey trolley, and other survey and monitoring equipment.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites nationwide.
- Must be willing to work weekends and overtime as required
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret and deliver complex survey data accurately with a good understanding of track components.
- Strong knowledge of railway standards and safety procedures (including PTS and COSS certification, or willing to become a COSS).
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
