Stay informed on broader development trends, including market shifts, planning priorities, and emerging best practices, to ensure projects remain both compliant and strategically positioned.
Review reports, drawings, recommendations received from all disciplines and provide commentary where necessary.
Working alongside Project Lead, preparing RFPs, contracts, maintain project files and records on SharePoint, organize project priorities and initiatives (including community engagement events) and follow up on outstanding deliverables from stakeholders within a suitable timeframe.
Working alongside the Director or Manager, Development provide support on various projects and assignments that may include coordinating planning approvals, permits, drawing reviews, preparing memos, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
Liaise and coordinate with the broader project teams, including consultants and stakeholders.
Coordinate and attend regular meetings, draft agendas, and record minutes to distribute as well as ensure the information is organized in the Project Files.
Assist in monitoring the projects’ scope, schedule, and budget – including collaboration with other departments per process and procedures in place.
