- Lead and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, Controls Field Engineers, and Coordinators.
- Oversee projects across Midwest states including MN, IL, IA, WI, MI, IN, KY, OH, PA, TN, AR, KS, and MO.
- Ensure milestones, budgets, and performance targets are met.
- Utilize Carrier Project Management tools for tracking progress.
- Develop and implement project management standards, procedures, and tools.
- Maintain and report KPIs such as revenue backlog, underbilling, and revenue reconciliation.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, functional groups, and external clients.
- Assess staffing needs and recruit new team members as necessary.
- Monitor job‑specific data and support procurement/manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all Carrier policies and codes of conduct.
