Assist with cable installation tasks such as pathways, rough‑in, closet build‑out, terminations, labeling, grounding, troubleshooting, and testing.
Complete tasks with high quality and efficiency.
Follow H&M’s safety culture and safe work practices.
Read and interpret drawings, floor plans, specifications, and cut sheets.
Perform basic job‑site organization and housekeeping.

1–3 years of structured cabling experience (data‑center experience a plus).
Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.
Ability to meet deadlines, listen, and follow instructions.
Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, lift 50 lb and carry 25 lb.
Own tools and relevant industry certifications (e.g., CommScope, Hilti, Panduit) are a plus.
Willingness to work occasional overtime, travel to multiple locations in VA, MD, and DC, and occasional out‑of‑town travel.
