Track materials, equipment, and subcontractor progress.
Help prepare project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and daily reports.
Assist in maintaining organized project files and documentation in the company’s project management platform.
Support scheduling updates, quantity tracking, and cost control tasks.
Assist the project team with day-to-day coordination of civil construction projects.
Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
Participate in site visits, safety meetings, and progress reviews.

1 to 2 years of experience in the construction industry; relevant co-op terms will be considered if full-time experience is limited.
