Description

• Inspect and maintain engines, monitoring fluid and lubricant levels.
• Assemble and disassemble drill pipe on the rig floor using ST‑80 and tongs while coordinating with the rig crew.
• Climb and work on the derrick board, wearing a safety harness and following height‑work procedures.
• Operate boom lines and air hoists to lift and move heavy supplies, equipment, and pipe.
• Transport casing and drill pipe joints between pipe racks, catwalk, ramp, and rig floor.
• Repair drilling machinery, pumps, and derrick; dig drainage ditches, rack tools, and clean the drilling floor.
• Perform routine and preventive rig servicing, including scrubbing and painting when not on the rig floor.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of drilling rig experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Ability to follow simple one‑ or two‑step instructions and apply common sense.
• Capability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Pass pre‑employment background, credit, and drug/alcohol checks.
