Team Development Build a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing talented professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Development of delivery capability for electrical transmission and distribution engineering design projects for utility, industrial and municipal clients,
Project Portfolio Management Oversee the planning, design, and execution of transmission and distribution projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
You will also continue development of our HVDC Practice Across North America. You will work in collaboration with our global and North Americas Teams, to help our continued grow across the continent.
Leadership Provide leadership to the T&D team, creating a culture of high trust and high performance in line with Jacobs’ values.
