What you would be doing

Ensuring safety issues are reported in line with company procedures
Inspect drainage systems to identify blockages, leaks, or damage that could hinder water flow
You will be working closely with another Drainage Engineer to clean, camera and carry out sewer investigations as directed by United Utilities
Attending to customers, informing them of works to be carried out and answering any concerns as well as timescales
Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear blockages in drains, sewers, pipes, and other wastewater systems.
Assist with CCTV inspections where required to assess the condition of underground pipes and sewers.

A manual UK Drivers licence is mandatory with no more than 6 penalty points
Competent in IT, accurate data entry
Experience is desirable however if you're looking to start your career within utilities full training will be offered.

Hours: 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday, days. Flexible start times)
