Construction & Fitout Manager

• Review and approve fit-out design drawings, materials, and method statements in coordination with design and construction teams.
• Manage quality inspections and handover documentation to ensure smooth project completion.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications and design intent.
• Conduct design and constructibility reviews to identify value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate with the client, project management, and site teams for timely resolution of issues and approvals.
• Responsible for Department P&L
• Review and verify contractor claims, variations, and progress payments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Support project close-out, final inspections, and snag list management.
• Involved in the Tendering & Bidding Process with good Commercial sense
• Lead and manage all fit-out and interior design works across assigned projects, ensuring delivery within quality, time, and budget parameters.

Tripod Global is seeking an experienced Construction & Fit-out Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ,responsible for managing and overseeing all Construction & fit-out activities for Commercial, Retail & Hospitality across KSA .The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and proven experience working with PMC firms on large-scale construction and interior fit-out projects in the Middle East.

• Strong knowledge of international construction standards and best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering Large Scale fit-out projects.
• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and local authority requirements is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a Large scale Fitout company.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Previous Middle East experience is mandatory.
