The Wind Turbine Traveling Composite Technician (Composite Repair) role focuses on inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing composite components of wind turbine generators, including blades and nacelles. Technicians travel 100 % of the time, performing tasks such as sanding, cleaning, cutting, and lay‑up of fiberglass, carbon fiber, and resin while adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental standards.
Compensation is transparent, with a base pay range of $30–$45 USD and signing bonuses up to $6,500 for qualified candidates.
