What you would be doing

3.Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, EPC contractors, and utility partners, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

7.Provide technical oversight during system installation, commissioning, and testing; troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance post-deployment.

5.Proposal & Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical proposals, system layouts, single-line diagrams, and operation manuals for client approval and project execution.

4.Cross-functional Project Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, project management, and sales teams to drive solution implementation, resolve technical bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

6.Pre-sales Technical Support: Support sales initiatives with technical expertise, including delivering product demos, responding to RFP/RFI technical sections, and participating in client meetings to address technical concerns.

1.BESS Solution Design: Lead the design and optimization of energy storage systems, including battery selection, BMS integration, PCS and overall system architecture, tailored to grid, industrial, commercial, or residential applications.

2.Technical Feasibility & Analysis: Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, including load profiling, energy flow modeling, ROI calculations, and performance simulations to validate solution viability.
