- Define, implement, and manage all associated processes for translating business requirements into technical design documentation deliverables.
- Implement the software development life cycle for all project steps and phases, and provide technical support during each phase.

- Develop strong data analysis skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Writing functional and technical documentation.
- Help create technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks) and assist in developing execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Develop project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Assist in facilitating project execution and resolution between business and development teams.

- Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Visio).
- Cultivate a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic experience/knowledge is preferred in some of the following:
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. - Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or similar field (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Data Analysis, Project Management, or a comparable role within a technology organization, whether through employment or internship, is desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- With Software Development Life Cycle.
