- Clean and maintain the model(s) (if applicable) daily.
- Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the community manager.
- Keep all vacancies fresh and odorless.
- Clean and maintain laundry facilities daily.
- Inform management of supply needs on a bimonthly basis.
