In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance to residents, guests and vendors in the community.
The role includes greeting residents, assisting visitors, prospective residents, and families, and answering telephone calls. You will monitor safety systems such as surveillance cameras, door alarms, and life‑safety equipment, investigating any unusual activity. Responsibilities also involve processing work orders and incident reports, handling deliveries, maintaining the sign‑in/out log for keys and gate passes, and supporting other departments with administrative tasks. Additionally, you must ensure resident, family, and employee concerns are addressed promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
Preferred experience is three months in a related role, and candidates must communicate clearly in English. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is required, and you should be compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic and helpful. The ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple tasks, and make independent decisions when needed is essential.
