As a Developer III, you will apply your web development expertise within a cross‑functional agile team, collaborating with engineering, design, product, and QA to deliver high‑quality software and continuously improve the user experience.

Collaborate with product and design to implement new full‑stack features.
Assess technical feasibility of designs and propose implementation options.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders via chat, meetings, and email.
Own tasks, solve problems, and ensure timely delivery.
Help define and uphold frontend and backend architectural standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Work with product owners to define and improve performance metrics for the application.

3+ years experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express, KOA, Joi, or Objection.
3+ years experience building responsive web apps using React.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in agile Scrum/Kanban environments, preferably remote/distributed.
Good understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to discuss design solutions.
Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and related patterns.
Knowledge of web performance optimization and troubleshooting.
Hands‑on experience with Docker, Amazon EKS, and Git.
Preferred: experience with Redux and TypeScript asynchronous programming.
Preferred: unit testing using Jest or Mocha.
Preferred: cloud platforms such as AWS and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, AWS CI/CD).
Preferred: test‑driven development and continuous integration/delivery practices.
