Assist with installation, maintenance, and replacement of commercial HVAC systems.

Tasks
-Support HVAC system installations and replacements -Communicate effectively with clients and team members -Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve on-site challenges -Travel as needed for training and service calls -Ensure accurate measurements and fittings -Maintain tools and submit expenditures promptly -Apply pipefitting, brazing, and soldering techniques -Adhere to safety protocols and wear required PPE -Perform routine maintenance and part replacements -Climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs

What You Bring
-Ability to follow instructions and work independently -Physical fitness and manual dexterity -High school diploma or GED -Record work in service management systems -Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment -Completion of a relevant apprenticeship (preferred) -EPA Certification (required) -Lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces -3–5 years of HVAC experience, especially in system installations -Tech Tools: Company-issued cellphone and tablet -Strong customer service and communication skills -Travel and overtime flexibility required -Subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks
