What you would be doing

- Handle customer part request from quoting to order entry.
- Perform general office duties, including, emails, copying, and filing.
- Take messages during peak season.
- Maintain Technical support call log and filing system.
- Follow established safety policies including, but not limited to, mobile equipment, PPE, emergency response, HAZCOM, first-aid response, etc.
- Process appropriate paperwork
- Reroute calls to appropriate technical support employee.

- Must be able to stand from six (6) to eight (8) hours per day. (Overtime may extend the time period.)

- Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
- Prior clerical experience preferred.
- Strong background with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other associated software
- Excellent computer skills are required.
