- Lead the design process under Studio and Sector Design Directors to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with designers and managers to uphold firm design principles.
- Develop effective designs using the firm's approach and innovation tools.
- Promote design excellence and implement the firm's design process across projects.
- Support the PIC/Studio Design Director with CD design intent interpretations and CA troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present designs to clients and maintain strong presentation skills.
- Serve as an industry expert on building systems and code requirements, guiding the team.
- Oversee Project Designers and direct production of design materials, including concepts, images, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Mentor and coach project team members, fostering professional development.
- Identify and apply new technologies for project production and communication.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulatory, and construction practices.

The role requires a professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design, 10+ years of architectural design experience with education project exposure, and a proven track record of exceptional, award‑winning design work. Candidates should be familiar with global design trends, possess strong public‑speaking abilities, have a history of sustainable design using AIA 2030 DDX, and be proficient in Revit, Word, Excel, and graphics‑related programs.
