Supervise apartment turnover processes to ensure make-ready and move-in standards are met.
Monitor and address maintenance-related safety concerns promptly.
Confer with contractors to resolve problems in installation of new equipment and assist with on-site repair and renovation projects.
Assist with reviewing and recommending new maintenance supplies, parts, and methods to improve repairs at community.
Actively work maintenance repair tickets for items such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, pool and interior and exterior structural issues. At times may be required to assist with landscaping, make-ready, and any other maintenance related issues.
Work with Resident Service Director and Community Director to plan preventative maintenance programs and schedule inspections and renovations.

Expertise in maintenance areas, including pools, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and quality, ensuring work meets procedural and company standards.
Working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, household appliances, and painting.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, special events, and on-call shifts.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands: While performing duties, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, and communicate effectively. Occasionally, the employee must lift/move up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
High School Diploma required.
EPA and E2L certification required; CPO certification preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Valid Driver’s License.
