Home Building Team Members carry out manufacturing production operations for each department in the home-building process, following standard methods and safe-work habits to maximize efficiency and safety. The role involves reading confirmation orders, building accurately with minimal quality issues, and collaborating with the Team Leader and Area Coordinator to plan activities, report material shortages, tool maintenance needs and quality concerns. Employees are expected to protect company assets, keep work areas clean and orderly, and perform any additional duties assigned.
Candidates should be even‑tempered, positive, and team‑oriented, with no recent verbal disciplinary actions for attendance and a recent “High Performing” evaluation. They must be able to learn from feedback, follow procedures, read architectural or engineering drawings, and possess a high school diploma or GED (preferred). Versatility to transfer across departments, clear communication and the physical ability to walk, climb and lift at least 50 lb are required.
