As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the broader team, including pricing support for the sales team, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. Your role will also involve managing customer inquiries, overseeing Salesforce case queues to ensure efficient resolution, processing customer credits and rebates accurately, updating and maintaining customer-specific and standard pricing, and managing the onboarding process for new customers.
