Oversee model/data submissions via the project CDE.
Review federated models using Navisworks and Revizto.
Review and approve the contractor’s BEP, MIDP, TIDP, and BIM workflows.
Attend weekly/bi-weekly progress meetings with the contractor and client.
Ensure contractor BIM models comply with EIR, BEP, and project BIM standards.
Ensure alignment with O&M and employer requirements for all deliverables.
Deliver training on BIM workflows, CDE use, clash detection, and 4D/5D tools.
Support 4D/5D simulation reviews when required.
Prepare and update all required BIM-related reports, including model progress, issue logs, approvals, and any other reports as requested during the project.
Ensure correct file formats, metadata, and revision control.
