Provide quality assurance and quality control of hardware specifications and sets.
Partner with design team to determine project door and hardware requirements for client’s needs for security, function, aesthetics, and cost while complying with regulatory requirements.
Assist with review of door and hardware submittals prepared by others for compliance with contract documents and project requirements.
Maintain specialist workflow dashboard(s) for all requested door & hardware design & review deliverables.

Bachelor’s degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam. AutoCAD and REVIT a plus.
Work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
3+ years of client interaction experience required
Knowledge of door schedules, specification hardware sets, and submittal hardware schedule
Knowledge of industry door and hardware finishes, DHI standards, and access controls
DHI DHIA Door + Hardware Industry Associate preferred.
Knowledge of major industry manufactures of doors, frames, hardware, access control systems and their various performance characteristics and appropriate applications
Knowledge of national, state, and local building codes as well as technical familiarity with hardware manufacturers’ most current products.
