Work directly with IAM and DWP Operations team(s) on continuous improvement for support.
Coordinate and delegate cross-discipline initiatives.
Collaborate with IT Leadership and cross-functional teams to organize and drive high-priority issues and initiatives.
Meet and track performance and initiatives from key IAM and DWP Vendors.
Provide technical input to Identify & Workplace Services, Tooling, and Processes.
Coordinate and Communicate escalations and vendor management topics.
Provide regular updates to IT Leadership and IT Technical teams.
Advise on design and strategy of the IAM and DWP Services.

Proven Track record working and communication with Global teams.
Good Communication Skills
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Admin related field.
ITIL Certification preferred but not required.
