- Demonstrated ability to carry research to completion.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- 3 years of experience as an Architectural Historian in the southeast including background research, field surveys, site identification and eligibility evaluation, and report writing.
- Understanding of state and federal laws and regulations as they pertain to History including Section 106 of the NHPA and Georgia Environmental Policy Act.
- SOI qualified required.
- Previous experience reviewing history reports and eligibility evaluations.
