As a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant), you will convert leads into community tours, conduct personalized tours that result in new leases, build brand loyalty through consistently stellar resident experiences, generate excitement via social media, and work three weekends per month with two weekdays off.
We seek a customer‑focused mentality, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to create engaging content. A sharp professional appearance, strong sales aptitude, and competence with various software, apps and computer programs are also required. This position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
The salary range for this role is $51,000 — $54,000 USD.
