Track RFIs, submittals, and design revisions in coordination with EPCs, engineers, and vendors
Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and equipment tracking
Maintain accurate project records, logs, and reporting
Assist with project scheduling, cost tracking, and change management
Assist with quality control documentation, inspections, and punch-list tracking
Support construction teams with technical clarifications and field issue resolution
Review and coordinate civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical design documents
Support project execution from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through commissioning and close-out
Review construction drawings for constructability and compliance with project requirements
Support commissioning activities, testing, and turnover documentation
