  • Establishes ERP and/or operational processes and ensures alignment with corporate operational strategies.
  • Drives documentation process and evaluates information pertaining to Branch operations.
  • Provides training related information and tools.
  • Investigates ERP and/or operational issues and resolves general problems.
  • Deliver training in a group setting, effectively adapt training content to learners of varying skill level
  • May lead and/or assist in the development and distribution of policies, industry standards and regulations.
  • Interfaces regularly with clients, customers and/or internal personnel to communicate information.

  • Operations experience.
  • Well versed in Mincron/Smart Distributor, as well as, Core & Main branch operations.
  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.

  • Typically requires overnight travel ~ 75% of the time.
  • Versed in change management and implementing new systems
  • There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odors, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights.
  • Mincron/ERP experience.
  • Great communicator with experienced team building and presentation skills.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking and/or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).
  • Enjoys seeking out new and better ways to do something.
