As Director, you will lead the Building Surveying function in Winchester, with responsibility for expanding its regional presence and driving sustainable growth across a varied portfolio of work. - You will work across a broad range of sectors, including public buildings, residential, healthcare, defence, commercial, and education maintaining and developing strong client relationships and ensuring consistently high standards of service.
- Take an active role in business development and networking to secure new opportunities and strengthen the firm’s market presence
- Oversee project work and insurance remediation schemes from inception to completion where required

- Manage and deepen client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser across multiple sectors

- Deliver a broad range of professional building surveying services, with particular focus on dilapidations, party wall, and building pathology
