If portfolio pieces are group projects, the applicant should clearly indicate their individual role.
The company offers a paid summer internship for students interested in architecture, engineering or interior design. Interns work 10‑12 weeks, typically beginning on or before June 1, 2026 and ending in mid‑August, with flexibility to start earlier based on academic schedules. Application deadline is February 20, 2026; interviews are conducted in March and offers are extended by March 31, 2026.
Compensation follows the geographic salary range for the office location and is determined by experience, education and skill level. Interns working more than 24 hours per week are eligible for HGA’s benefit programs, including an annual bonus, success‑sharing bonus, 401(k) contributions, paid parental leave, medical, dental and life insurance, PTO, and short‑ and long‑term disability coverage.
