The manager will be responsible for achieving sales volume, revenue, and gross profit targets, introducing new products to market, and driving growth in the SME segment through distributor and channel partner collaboration. They will also manage key accounts, lead innovation initiatives, and ensure effective use of CRM tools for business transactions.
- Achieve sales volume, revenue, and gross profit targets for assigned customers/region.
- Introduce new products to market and meet growth objectives.
- Manage and support distributors, preparing and executing SME business plans.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to foster new customer development.
- Support channel partners in new product introduction and market penetration.
- Conduct joint visits with channel partners to drive SME segment growth.
- Implement key account management for major customers in the region.
- Deploy innovation ideation processes and drive new product/application development.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively for all business transactions.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of applications such as inks, adhesives, Li‑Ion batteries, metal processing, ceramics, latex, and membranes.

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Paint Technology, or Chemical Engineering (business management is a plus) and have 8‑10 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with MS Office, CRM, Power BI, and strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
The role requires in‑depth knowledge of core product applications such as inks, adhesives, Li‑Ion batteries, and ceramics, along with planning, creativity, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Frequent travel within the assigned region and efficient use of digital business tools are also expected.
