- Provides Program Management for complex cross-functional programs within the Research and Development arena. With direction, develops project plans, interfaces with Technology, Product Management, Manufacturing, Corporate Engineering, Quality and Reliability, Supply Chain, Finance, Environmental Health and Safety, and other departments as required.
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis.
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis.
- Negotiate project goals and develop mitigation plans.
- Takes ownership for overall project schedule; Drives projects to completion on-time and on-budget.
- Will climb stairs on an occasional basis.
- With direction builds project plans around existing technology project portfolio.
- Builds interfaces between organizations to ensure successful hand-offs.
- Maintain software infrastructure to keep project plans and action items up to date.
- Manage program review meetings, track action items, and motivate program stakeholders.
- Partners with stakeholders to coordinate resources, activities and priorities for rapid project completion
- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
- Will lift, push or pull up to 37 pounds on an occasional basis.

- Basic skills in all aspects of project planning and execution
- Communicates clearly, oral and written, across the organization.
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis.
- MS Degree in Engineering Discipline, preferred.
- 20/40 vision in both eyes together, with or without correction, is required.
- Capable of providing program management for 1 to 3 projects simultaneously
- Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to assertively motivate project participants
- Strong assertive characteristics to push projects through to completion.

- Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards, and a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair) for those requiring respirator use.
- BS degree Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, preferred.
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
- Basic negotiation skills to obtain cooperation and commitment to project deliverables
- MBA will be considered but must have technology experience.
- 1 years’ experience in Research and Development environment providing New Product / Process (development through roll out to high volume manufacturing) Program Management, preferred.
- 1 - year experience using MS Project or equivalent project management tools.
- 0 - 2 years’ experience in Program Management.
