Schneider Electric is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the SVP and their direct leadership team within our Post-M&A Operations and Global Corporate Standards. This role is based in Barcelona and operates within a complex, fast-paced, and global environment, providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the seamless execution of executive activities and strategic priorities.

  • Degree or certification in Executive Assistance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with travel and expense management tools.
  • 10+ years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
