The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project planning and execution across multiple sites, working closely with site teams, quantity surveyors, and project managers.

Support project teams by identifying risks and offering planning solutions.
Produce lookahead programmes, progress trackers, and assist in developing as-built programmes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and reporting tools.
Prepare tender and construction programmes and methodologies for both traditional and design & build projects.
Develop and update project schedules using Microsoft Project, encompassing the full project scope, key milestones, and timelines, using Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
Facilitate white board meetings to review programme status and collaborate on weekly planning.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including site teams, QS teams, and project managers etc.
Assist in establishing project resource requirements.

Strong organisational and time management abilities with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of planning software or lean scheduling tools (e.g., Last Planner, Primavera) is an advantage.
A relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Project Management is beneficial or comparable construction industry experience.
Minimum 6 years ‘on site experience preferably within the construction sector.
Strong IT skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and planning documentation.
