Construction Coordinator (MxU Construction)
Project Resources Group, Inc.
Provider of construction management, plant‑damage investigation & recovery services for cable, telecom & utility industries.
Coordinate and manage MxU fiber construction projects with clients and subcontractors.
Facilitate broad collaboration with clear communication and documentation.
Interface with the client MxU team coordinating project construction activities, administrative requirements, and other general project management tasks.
Work cross-functionally to design and build scalable construction, installation, and support processes.
Coordinate MxU construction with internal and external parties.
Analyze data using logic and reason to make sound decisions/recommendations.
Support the MxU construction management function in managing the client FTTH MxU construction deployment.
Coordinate site surveys/pre-construction meetings with property ownership or management.
Participate in cross-functional meetings, identifying action items and driving to successful completion.
Build positive relationships and trust over time through on-time solid delivery of projects, high-quality continuous innovation, and exceeding expectations.
Monitor quality assurance, schedule commitments, troubleshooting, and final turnover to operations.

Strong leadership skills to mentor and influence subcontractors and vendors.
Computer proficiency and experience with Google Suite tools to create, manage, and present data and reports to various stakeholders and management.
Educated on local area dig laws.
Strong understanding of fiber and coax engineering.
Impressive ability to organize and prioritize projects.
Customer service acumen to interpret, communicate, and help deliver client and vendor needs.
Must be able to walk extensively, sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the day.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in fiber construction, last-mile and OSP with a specific focus on MxU construction.
Strong communication skills and ability to adjust delivery to your audience verbally and in writing.
Willingness to use your vehicle in the field (mileage reimbursement at the standard federal rate) and must carry the appropriate insurance required.
