Strong working knowledge in creating reports and analytics either ad hoc or from the data systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS).
Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
Experience within the electrical construction in the critical infrastructure or related industry is a must.

5+ Years recruiting experience with a bachelor’s in business or related field.
A background with a staffing company or military recruiting.
