The Canvass Manager leads a door‑to‑door marketing team to generate leads and increase local awareness. This role involves recruiting, staffing, training, coaching, and motivating team members while attending weekly management meetings. The manager also provides reporting and ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives and serves as the public face of Mad City in direct customer interactions.
Key qualifications include a valid driver’s license, prior leadership experience, and a background in face‑to‑face marketing or lead setting. Candidates should have a proven track record of building and recruiting high‑performing teams and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop talent is essential for success in this role.
The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, typically 6–8 hours per day, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Applicants must be able to stoop, bend, and reach as needed during canvassing activities. Physical stamina and flexibility are crucial for meeting the demands of the job.
