What You Bring

-Strong interpersonal skills – can build rapport and credibility with people at all levels. -A valid driver’s license and fully insured automobile. -You apply traditional and innovative sales methods, including compelling presentations, virtual demonstrations and networking within the local business community. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Must be detail oriented; possess outstanding verbal and written communication. -Previous business development and/or sales activities, such as cold-calling and market research. -You reach and/or exceed your sales quota consistently. -Post-secondary degree or diploma is required. -Possess strong computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. -In the process of (or an interest in) obtaining a valid Real Estate License. -Experience in commercial real estate or related industry
