- Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain design integrity and project efficiency.
- Mentor junior and intermediate technologists, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Lead Revit production and model coordination across all project phases, from schematic design through IFC documentation.
- Contribute to the development of office technical standards and BIM workflows, promoting consistency and efficiency.
- Support or lead project teams depending on experience and project scope.
- Participate in contract administration, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site reviews.
- Produce detailed working drawings and specifications with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and constructability.
- Apply deep technical knowledge of building envelope systems, detailing, and building codes to ensure high-quality project delivery.

- Diploma or Degree in Architectural & Building Technology (or equivalent).
- 8+ years of relevant architectural technology experience, preferably in the public/institutional sector (education, healthcare, cultural, or civic).
- Solid understanding of BCBC, VBBL, and local authority requirements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
