- Post‑secondary education in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive front‑end development experience with demonstrated leadership and mentoring.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, responsive design, and REST APIs; TypeScript, React, Web Components, or Cordova considered assets.
- Experience building reusable, configurable enterprise solutions meeting non‑functional requirements.
- Knowledge of system architecture for front‑end/back‑end integration.
- Proficiency with source control (Git), web security, performance, and accessibility (WCAG 2.x AA, AODA); CI/CD experience an asset.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced environments, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
