Act as the liaison between business development, pre-construction, and marketing; provide market sector insights and perform market trends analysis
Play an integral role with the development team, taking work direction, utilizing training, and completing performance reviews
Convert potential future customers to contacts for market sector leaders and become familiar with customer project estimates to facilitate discussions
Manage positioning activities of the business development team, including strategic planning, creating communications and marketing materials, coordinating prequalification efforts, and initiating customer feedback
Establish and nurture strategic business partnerships and customer relationships, developing and maintaining relationships with partners, and identifying new market opportunities
Lead team members by example, offering effective coaching and feedback, and managing performance
Build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Complete Request for Proposals with 100% accuracy and compliance with owner’s specifications
