Support the development of project architects and emerging professionals
Help build strong internal teams rooted in collaboration and trust

Represent FGMA in client meetings, interviews, and community sessions
Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and staffing
Support informed decision making through clear communication and strong presentations
Manage all phases of public safety projects including design, documentation, and construction
Review documents for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client needs
Ensure alignment on project priorities, standards, and goals
Provide clear direction to project teams and ensure timely, high quality deliverables
Serve as the day to day point of contact for police, fire, and municipal leaders
Facilitate communication across multidisciplinary teams
