The administrator will support the day‑to‑day operations of either the Fire or Security Install and Service departments, handling transactions, timesheets, procurement of uniforms and protective equipment, and maintaining accurate job records.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm, fully office‑based. The role involves regular communication with engineers, customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure service level agreements are met.
Ideal candidates have previous experience in an administrative or customer‑service environment, strong IT proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent written and verbal communication, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to thrive under pressure while supporting colleagues.
