Support Field Operations in performing on-site installation of Mitsubishi control systems.
Design and review new design concepts and assist in the development of new control systems.
Understand and ensure compliance with the health and safety regulations and quality standards of the country in which work is undertaken.
Collaborate with design engineers, operations engineers, purchasers, sales & marketing and other internal staff.
Provide start-up commissioning, operations and/or troubleshooting support for equipment failures and determine root cause analysis and implement solutions.
Perform Classroom & OJT training of Mitsubishi Control system.
Maintain and modify existing control systems.
Prepare and submit accurate reports regarding conditions, required actions and obtained results.
Liaison with clients, suppliers, contractors, project management and other relevant authorities within cost and time-constrained environments.
Manufacturing support and inspection of control systems including Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
Work with applications, estimation and sales groups in developing new business proposals.

EPLAN: Experience with the Electric P8 and Pro Panel software is a plus.
Experience with Control System and Panels design including but not limited to equipment selection, equipment layout and I/O Module selection and assignment is highly preferred. Control System retrofit experience is highly preferred.
Experience with HMI Graphic Creation Tools and High-Performance Graphics (ISA 101) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree (BS) in Engineering from four-year college or university; and at least five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in specific control disciplines such as advanced process control (APC), distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), OPC/Modbus and other forms of industry known communications and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) as applicable to power plants.
Previous experience of DIASYS Netmation Control System, PLC or other DCS is required
Experience with Gas Turbine Control, Combined Cycle Balance of Plant Logic programming using Function Block Diagram; Control narrative & SAMA logic preparation is highly preferred.
Computer programming language knowledge using C# or Visual Basic.Net is a plus.
Basic knowledge in computer and networking concepts is required
Configure Mitsubishi Control System HMI and Database
Overnight travel (at least 10%) by land and/or air.
Familiar with USA/International codes and standards such as UL508A, NFPA 70 & 79A, CSA C22. 1, IEC 60204-1, NEMA, etc. is highly preferred
Knowledge in industrial Control System Cyber Security requirements such as NERC CIP and IEC 62443 is a plus
Possess current, working knowledge of power plants process, operation, control system design is highly preferred.
