The Project Superintendent schedules, coordinates, and supervises craft employee activities, potentially overseeing multiple trade groups or subcontractors on site. The role works closely with the Project Manager and maintains open communication with both the Project Manager and Division Manager. This position is headquartered in Casper, Wyoming.
The superintendent provides overall leadership for project execution.
The candidate must hold a four‑year degree in engineering or construction management (or equivalent) and have at least five years of construction management experience, with a focus on industrial or mechanical projects, design, finance, and project management.
The role reports to the Division Manager or Project Manager and influences client relationships and project profitability. Travel to out‑of‑town projects is required, with expenses covered by the company. Basic computer skills are required, and the company is an equal‑opportunity employer.
