Coordinate maintenance issues with in-house teams and external contractors
Oversee all compliance (Gas Safety, EICRs, EPCs, H&S, statutory audits)
Prepare service charge budgets and maintain accurate Qube records
Serve Section 8, 21 and 13 notices and support court proceedings where required
Ensure accurate billing and minimise vacant property costs
Manage a large residential portfolio and work closely with letting agents
Handle tenancy onboarding, agreements, renewals, rent reviews and deposit processes
Lead credit control, build positive tenant relationships and reduce arrears
