  • Deliver the technical solution within quality, time and cost targets of the project
  • Participate in development of proprietary software using Matlab, Python or VBA
  • Be collaborative with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication and teamwork environment
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identify opportunities to enhance innovation
  • Deliver optimized tower structural design, drawing and documentation using analytical calculations.- Handle technical queries from the certification bodies
  • Perform Analytical calculations assessment for tower structural and internal components and generation of report for internal assessment and 3rd party certification
  • Provide feedback and challenge design solutions to interfacing systems in order to optimize product design
  • Identify and report technical risks within the project scope

  • Minimum Professional experience: 8-10 years;- Experience in the design of turbine or preferably dynamically loaded structures.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in , Mechanical or Civil Engineering (structural)
  • Proven hands on experience with working on the structural design of towers
  • Experience in product development and basic FEA skills
